How do I return my mail ballot?

Follow the instructions included with your ballot and sign the required oath. If you mail your ballot, it must be postmarked on or before November 3. A ballot placed in a drop box or delivered in person must arrive by 8 p.m. on November 3. You cannot return a voted ballot online, by email, or by fax. Read the mail voting instructions.

Can I still register to vote?

Eligible Maryland residents can register during early voting at an early voting center in their county, or on Election Day at their assigned polling place. Bring a document proving where you live, such as an MVA license or ID, paycheck, bank statement, or utility bill. See registration and address guidance.

Where should I go for voting help?

Your local board of elections can help with registration, ballot questions, and voting arrangements. Find your county board of elections.
